This combination ensures precise, even searing temperatures across the entire grilling surface. A 9-volt Battery Ignition system makes for consistent, safe lighting every time you are ready to grill. The rotisserie motor features a dedicated 14,000 BTU infrared rotisserie burner, stainless steel hexagonal rod, adjustable forks and a 40-watt halogen light integrated into the patented weather proof rotisserie motor. The patented Grease Management System reduces flare-ups by channeling oil and grease away from the flame while grilling. Double-sided cast 304 grade stainless steel grilling grates feature one side with a gentle radius for support and handling while the other side is W-shaped for maximum grease capture leaving perfect sear lines. This grill also includes a smoker with a dedicated 3,500 BTU's burner, which is great for adding tasty smokey flavors.
